Certificates of Participation

Each participant of the"Poland in Energy Transformation - Energy for the Future"conference will receive a personal certificate of participation, which will be a formal confirmation of participation in the event. This certificate will include:

Name of the conference
Topics covered during the event
Participant's name and surname
The place where the conference took place (Warsaw)
Date of certificate issuance

By registering participants by name, persons registering consent to the processing of personal data, such as the name, surname and email address of participants, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR (Regulation of the European Parliament and of the EU Council 2016/679 of 27 April 2016). These data will be processed for the purpose of:

Participation in the event (entering the list of participants)
Issuance of the participation certificate
Sending organizational information before the conference to the provided e-mail address
Sending training materials after the event if the participant provides his or her email address

Personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of organizing the conference and will not be made available to third parties without the consent of the data subject. The data administrator guarantees that all data will be processed in accordance with the principles of personal data protection, including ensuring confidentiality, security and limitation of the purpose of processing.

Each participant has the right to view, edit and request deletion of their data at any time, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.
