Financing for People in Difficult Financial Situation
If you are in financial difficulty, you can get support for training and advisory services to help you adapt to new energy regulations and save on your energy bills. Check what funding opportunities are available to you:
1. For people employed in micro-enterprises (up to 9 employees)
If you work in a micro-enterprise, your employer may apply for funding for consulting and training services that you, as an employee, could benefit from. Thanks to this, training and consulting on energy efficiency and energy saving can be available to you with up to 80% co-financing.
Encourage your employer to contact your local support program operator so that you can receive full energy education support.
2. For unemployed people (retirees and others)
If you are not employed, e.g. you are retired, you can obtain funding for training and energy consulting through local employment offices or social support institutions. These offices may offer programs that enable low-income people to receive free training or consulting services that help adapt their home energy systems to new regulations.
3. Co-financing up to 100% for unemployed and low-income people
If you are not employed and are in a difficult financial situation, check the possibilities of obtaining full (100%) funding at your local employment office. The employment office often offers support programs for unemployed people, which may include full coverage of training and consultancy costs, especially in the context of energy efficiency and home modernization.
Important Information about Funding
Unfortunately, the applicable regulations do not allow us to cover the missing 20% of the costs of training and consulting services. The co-financing we offer is standard 80% of the value of the service, and the remaining 20% must be covered by the participant.
However, people in financial difficulties, such as the unemployed or those on low income, have the opportunity to apply for full (100%) funding for training and consultancy. We encourage you to contact your local employment offices who can help you obtain full support.
Where can you find out about support for co-financing training and advisory services regarding new energy sources (heat pumps, photovoltaics, etc.)?
In order to benefit from co-financing for training and advisory services related to new energy sources, such as heat pumps, photovoltaic installations or other renewable technologies, various social groups have access to various sources of support. Below we present where individual groups can obtain information and apply for support:
1. Retirees
Pensioners who want to learn more about the possibilities of co-financing training and consulting in the field of new energy sources should contact the following institutions:
- Social Welfare Centers (OPS): In some regions, Social Welfare Centers offer financial support for retirees for training and energy consulting.
- Regional Operational Programs (RPO): Each voivodeship offers local support programs, which may include funding for services related to renewable energy installations.
- EU funds: Pensioners can check the availability of programs financed by the European Union under Regional Operational Programs or other programs related to energy efficiency.
2. People employed in micro-enterprises (up to 9 employees)
For employees of micro-enterprises, co-financing for training and consulting services is available through:
- Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP): Your employer can apply for funding of up to 80% of the costs of training and consulting. Thanks to this, employees can benefit from training related to new energy technologies.
- Development Services Database (BUR): In BUR you can find training that is eligible for funding from PARP. Employers of micro-enterprises can register their companies there and gain access to training support programs.
- National Training Fund (KFS) Programs: Employers can obtain funding for the development of the competences of their employees, including training in the field of new energy technologies.
3. Non-working individuals
For people who are not working, including the unemployed, there are support programs available, offering funding for training and consulting:
